   The tape casting process begins with the selection of raw materials. At Maryland Tape Casting, we stock powders for use in many applications. We also work with powder supplied and/or specified by our customers. An initial formulation is determined based on the desired green tape properties and the intended use. It is critical to determine right balance of ingredients in order to produce tape that will meet the expectations and specifications of the customer.
